Key player in decades of local development projects expanding in the Poconos | Monroe County Area

CHESTNUTHILL TWP., Pa. – A longtime civil engineering firm is expanding its footprint in the Poconos.

Keystone Consulting Engineers (KCE) has moved its Monroe County office from 863 Interchange Road in Polk Township to a larger building at 205 Rodenbach Lane in Chestnuthill Township.

The bigger space positions the firm to support the county’s evolving infrastructure needs, KCE said in a news release.

KCE also has offices in Bethlehem Township, Northampton County, and in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County.

Frank Waldraff founded the company as Waldraff Associates in 1972. It changed its name to Keystone Consulting Engineers in 1984. Eric Snyder is the current president and CEO of KCE.

KCE provides a full spectrum of engineering services in a wide range of fields, including boundary and topographic surveying, municipal engineering, subdivision and land development, highway and traffic engineering, environmental engineering, and construction inspection services.

The company has been involved in a number of high-profile projects across the Lehigh Valley and Poconos at places like Moravian University, St. Luke’s Anderson Campus, Keystone Cement and ArtsQuest’s SteelStacks Campus.
