BENSALEM, Pa. (WPVI) — A registered sex offender was convicted on Wednesday for the home invasion burglary and attempted sexual assault of a woman in Bucks County.
Louis Sophie, 46, broke into the woman’s apartment at the Lafayette Gardens complex in Bensalem last October.

The woman fought him off and he ran away.
The judge deferred sentencing, pending an evaluation by the Sexual Offender Assessment Board.
