Family forced out by house fire in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — A fire forced a family from their home in North Philadelphia early Thursday morning.

Crews were still putting out flames on the roof of the residence along the 2200 block of 16th Street just after 12:30 a.m.
