Get ready, Philly. Derpy Tiger is coming soon.
KPop Demon Hunters: The Immersive Experience will open Nov. 20 at Netflix House Philadelphia, letting fans see Derpy Tiger brought to life through puppetry created in collaboration with Jim Henson’s Creature Shop. Sussie Bird will also appear.
According to a PhillyVoice report, the attraction aims to immerse audiences of all ages in the world of HUNTR/X through a neon Seoul–style, demon-hunting quest rather than a traditional exhibit.
Guests are dropped into the HUNTR/X world, beginning backstage before a world tour and progressing through a mission to defeat demons alongside custom animation, 3D technology, and live actors set to the film’s soundtrack.
Fans can dance and sing along to film songs with live performers, including “How It’s Done,” “Soda Pop,” and “Golden.”
Alongside the main walkthrough, visitors can enjoy photo opportunities, new merchandise, and themed food and drinks.
Tickets start at $39 for general admission and $34 for children ages 3-12. VIP packages range from $89 to $99 and include all-day VIP lounge access and priority entry.
Netflix members can buy tickets beginning Tuesday, Sept. 29. Public ticket sales start Thursday, Oct. 1.
Netflix House Philadelphia is located inside the King of Prussia Mall at 180 N. Gulph Road. The permanent entertainment venue covers more than 100,000 square feet.
