BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police are giving drivers a heads up ahead of an upcoming overnight weekend road closure on Route 22.
Starting at 8 p.m. on Saturday, roadwork on Route 22 both eastbound and westbound will cause delays in the affected work area between Route 33 and Route 191, state police said in a news release.
State police said Route 22, both eastbound and westbound, will be closed from the Route 191 exit to the Route 33 interchange from midnight to 4 a.m.
Drivers will be able to exit onto Route 191 while traveling eastbound and exit both southbound and northbound onto Route 33 while traveling westbound, state police said.
Drivers are encouraged to plan accordingly for the road closure.
