WEST READING, Pa. – A woman in West Reading is celebrating a huge milestone.
Melina Oscer is turning 100 years old on Monday, but the celebration started early with a party on Thursday.
Oscer greeted friends and family while sporting a crown and sash.
The party had cake, decorations, and a visit from West Reading’s mayor.
Oscer’s family tells 69 News that Melina was born in Haiti, where she worked as a farmer.
The woman has nine children and *many grandchildren.
