The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the following fugitives:
Juliann Prieto
• Juliann Prieto, 32, whose last known address was in the 1000 block of Front Street, Reading, is wanted on strangulation charges.
Investigators said that on Sept. 15 Prieto began yelling at a female after she asked him to leave her residence, backed her into a wall and began to choke her with both hands. He also placed his knee in the stomach of the 25-week pregnant woman to pin her against the wall. The victim called police, and Prieto fled. He is also wanted on possession of a controlled substance charges filed June 5 by Reading police.
He is described as 6 feet 1 inch and 195 pounds.
Amy Newmaster
• Amy Newmaster, 53, whose last known address was in the 1300 block of King Street, Lebanon, is wanted on access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking charges.
Bethel Township police said the used someone else’s business credit card to make $8,262 in purchases between June 29, 2023, and May 17, 2024.
She is described as 5 feet 8 inches and 140 pounds.
