A national burrito chain is expanding in the Lehigh Valley with a new restaurant set to open next week.
Bubbakoo’s Burritos will open Tuesday at the Bethlehem Square shopping center at 3926 Nazareth Pike, Unit 10B, in Bethlehem Township, according to Deepak Patil, the franchisee alongside his wife Sarah.
The website lists menu options such as burritos, tacos, bowls, quesadillas and desserts like miniature churro bites. The hours will be 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. all week, Patil said.
The new restaurant will join the two other locations nearby in Lower Saucon and Richland townships.
