How did your company get started: Gage Personnel was founded in 1985 by Donna Gage. The second generation joined the business in 1986 after Donna got busier than she imagined. Gwen Gage joined her mother in law and never left — with Bill Gage joining the company a few years later. Over the years, the company grew to place thousands of employees each year and partnered with thousands of employers throughout Southeastern PA. The third generation joined the business full time in 2008 when Kristi Gage Linderman left her career in HR and safety, knowing she could have a greater impact on her community. Over the years, the business has grown into a Forbes nationally recognized best recruiting firm and has evolved into Gage Talent & Business Solutions.
Four decades and three generations later, determination, grit, heart, hope are the building blocks that Donna Gage set in place — along with a new vision to provide our clients with exceptional service, innovative tools and our commitment to delivering flexible solutions in a rapidly shifting business environment.
