The Erie Town Council is set to interview three candidates Tuesday evening in the process to hire a new town manager. Here’s how to watch those interviews in person or virtually.

The interviews, from about 5 p.m to 8 p.m., will take place at the Erie Town Hall in the Council Chambers room, open to the public.

It will also be broadcast live on Channel 8, the town’s YouTube and Zoom.

An announcement last week from the town introduced three finalist candidates: Corby Alexander, the current city manager in La Porte, Texas; Kelli Johnson, the current deputy city manager in Greeley; and Kathleen Osher, the current deputy city manager in Littleton.

At 5 p.m., a brief review of the interview process is scheduled.

The council’s interview with Alexander is slated to begin at 5:15 p.m.

Johnson’s interview is scheduled to begin at 6:15 p.m.

Osher’s interview is scheduled to begin at 7:15 p.m.

The council is set to enter executive session to discuss the finalists once the interviews are completed, around 8 p.m.

Before a chosen manager is announced, contract negotiations will need to be completed, according to the town. Erie‘s website says it’s “typical for negotiations to take a week or longer to complete.”
