BETHLEHEM, Pa. — An international educator traveled to Bethlehem to help give women a voice and transform their presence.
Pamela Robinson hosted a female-focused event Thursday morning at Hotel Bethlehem.
The series of talks is designed to help women build confidence in both business and life.
Her symposium is aimed at women who know they’re educated and experienced, but still struggle with finding their voice.
We asked her for a piece of advice that women should keep in mind.
“Stop shrinking and start showing up. Start showing up in every room, and walk into the room as they own the room,” said Pamela Robinson, founder of Fusion Force. “Whether it’s by taking a personal development course or changing what they are used to doing, but they are ready to own the room.”
WFMZ’s Nancy Werteen also spoke at the event and shared her experience with workplace confidence.
