A large police presence and evidence markers were seen by SkyForce10 in Wilmington on Thursday afternoon.
Police had blocked off a section of 24th Street between Washington and Jefferson streets as part of the investigation.
NBC10 has received a report of a shooting at the scene, but we are working to confirm more.
