PHILADELPHIA COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Pennsylvania woman has learned her fate after pleading guilty to a federal election fraud charge.
Miya Pack, 40, of Philadelphia, was indicted in September 2025, accused of voting more than once in the 2024 presidential election.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Pack voted in person at an early voting location in Bergen County, New Jersey on Oct. 26, 2024.
On Election Day, Nov. 5, 2024, she went to a polling place in Philadelphia County and cast another ballot.
She pleaded guilty in June and was sentenced Thursday by U.S. District Judge Joshua Wolson.

Pack was sentenced to three years of probation and 75 hours of community service.
