Meet your local firefighters, see live demos at Woodlawn Fire Department open house | Allentown Area

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – It’s Fire Prevention Month, and to honor it, Woodlawn Fire Department will host a community open house Monday night.

There will be live demonstrations of equipment and gear, and the department will debut its new rehab vehicle.

You will also get to speak directly with firefighters about home fire safety, smoke alarms, and emergency preparedness.

The event runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
