Officials said Ahmad and Jamil are both citizens of Pakistan, but are in the United States lawfully as permanent residents.
Saadi is reportedly a citizen of France and is allegedly in the country unlawfully.
Silva is a citizen of Portugal and is here lawfully, according to officials.
“Our democracy belongs to the American people and no one else,” said U.S. Attorney Metcalf. “We will continue to prosecute every instance of non-citizen voting that we encounter.”
If convicted they reportedly could face up to a year in prison, a fine, or both.
