A Giant grocery store will celebrate several months of updates this week in the Lehigh Valley.
The store will celebrate the grand reopening Friday at Nazareth Plaza at 859 Nazareth Pike in Lower Nazareth Township, a news release said, though the store remained open during remodeling.
Updates include more hot and prepared foods for the deli and prepared foods departments like smoked meats, “efficiencies for shoppers and enhanced assortment of products” for the produce, bakery, meat and seafood departments, a new consultation room to administer vaccines at the in-store pharmacy, moving the beer and wine area to the front corner and moving the floral area to near the registers.
“GIANT is committed to offering our customers value and freshness throughout the entire store, and this remodel allowed us to bring that focus to life through improved flow and increased product variety within every department,” said in the release Joe Cruz, the store manager.
Other Lower Nazareth retail happenings from the last year include a new Dave’s Hot Chicken, a new Nothing Bundt Cakes, a Chick-fil-A location remodeling and the opening of Inspire Suites at Nazareth Plaza.
