The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office on Monday identified the teenager fatally shot Saturday in Catasauqua.
Ti’Shaun Singleton, of Allentown, was pronounced dead at 5:46 p.m. Saturday inside a home in the 200 block of Edward Lane in the Lehigh County borough.
Coroner Daniel Buglio said he ruled the death a homicide, caused by a gunshot wound to the chest. An autopsy was conducted Monday at the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office & Forensic Center.
The shooting occurred shortly before 5 p.m. at the home, authorities said.
Investigators have not announced what led to the shooting or whether anyone is sought or in custody in connection with the investigation.
The killing remains under investigation by the coroner’s office, Catasauqua police, Lehigh County Homicide Task Force and Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.
Pennsylvania State Police at Bethlehem and North Catasauqua police assisted in the investigation.
