A woman was rescued after being trapped inside her vehicle when, officials said, she was involved in a crash in Philly’s Overbrook section overnight.
According to police, first responders extracted a woman who was trapped inside a vehicle following a two-vehicle crash at Haverford Avenue and Ruskin Road in Philly’s Overbrook section at about 1 a.m. on Thursday.
The woman was taken to a nearby hospital where she was listed in stable condition, officials said.
However, officials did not immediately provide further information on the victim in this incident, nor did they say how many other people were involved in this two-vehicle crash and they did not say what may have caused the crash.
But, police said Thursday morning that an investigation into the crash was ongoing.
