CATASAUQUA, Pa. – The man who was shot and killed in Catasauqua has been identified.

Ti’Shaun Singleton, 19, of Allentown, was pronounced dead inside a Catasauqua home Saturday, according to a news release from the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office.

The cause of death is a gunshot wound to the chest, the coroner’s office said. The manner of death was ruled a homicide.

Police, EMS, and the Lehigh County coroner were on the scene of the shooting in the 200 block of Edward Lane just before 5 p.m.

In addition to the coroner’s office, the Catasauqua Police Department, the Lehigh County Homicide Task Force, and the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office are investigating.

The Pennsylvania State Police, Bethlehem Station and the North Catasauqua Police Department also helped with the investigation.

At this time, there is no word on what may have led up to the shooting.
