Allegheny County dispatchers told Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 that one person was taken to the hospital following an active incident in the area of Allegheny River Boulevard and Washington Boulevard.
Sky 4, Pittsburgh’s only news chopper, was over the scene where it appears a school van was involved in a crash.
Our cameras also spotted a U-Haul van with its airbags deployed and apparent damage to the back end. That U-Haul appears to have come to rest against a third vehicle.
Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 has reached out to officials and will bring you the latest information as it becomes available.
