If you’re voting in person on Nov. 3 in the midterm elections, make sure you know where to go to cast your ballot in Erie County.
The Erie County Election Board approved changes to three polling places on Sept. 15 during a meeting at the Erie County Courthouse at 140 W. Sixth St.
Unanimous votes were made regarding the following changes to polling places:
Fairview Township District 1: Changed from Fairview Presbyterian Church at 4264 Avonia Road to Saint Stephen’s Episcopal Church at 1070 Dutch Road. The polling place is returning to its original location.Millcreek Township District 24: Changed from Asbury Woods Nature Center at 4105 Asbury Road to Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church at 3108 Sterrettania Road. This move was made as Asbury Woods was no longer available as a polling place.Albion Borough: Changed from the Albion Fire Department at 19 Franklin St. to Albion Borough Office at 53 E. State St. This move was made as the fire department was no longer available.

Key election dates to remember
For the upcoming general election, here are some key dates to remember:
Oct. 19: deadline to register to vote or update voter registration;Oct. 27: deadline to apply for a mail ballot or vote on-demand mail ballot;Nov. 3: Election Day. Mail ballots must be received by 8 p.m.
