SOUTH WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – A popular family-run restaurant is marking a major milestone with a community celebration benefiting a local memorial fund.
Grille 3501, offering a “sophisticated yet unpretentious” atmosphere and menu, will hold “A Toast to 25 Years” event from 6 to 9 p.m. on Nov. 16 at 3501 Broadway in South Whitehall Township.

“Twenty-five years is more than a milestone,” reads an event description.
“It’s the people who have walked through our doors. The celebrations shared around our tables. The dishes that became favorites. The conversations that lasted a little longer than expected. The memories made here — and the community that has continued to make Grille 3501 what it is today. So, as we celebrate 25 years, we wanted to do more than simply raise a glass. We wanted to give back to the community that has been part of our story.”
The night will bring together some of the things that have made Grille 3501 special over the years — “good food, great music, familiar favorites, and plenty of memories.”
The evening will feature live music by Jon Fadem, passed hors d’oeuvres and a grazing dinner featuring Grille 3501 favorites from over the years served throughout the evening.
Signature cocktails, wine and beer selections are included in the ticket price, and a full cash bar will be available all evening.
Seating will be cocktail-style.
The event also will feature historic Grille 3501 memorabilia and moments from the past 25 years; a silent auction, with online bidding opportunities beginning ahead of the event; and “a few more surprises along the way.”
Tickets, $150 (plus $5.50 booking fee), can be purchased online.
“It will be a night to revisit where we’ve been, celebrate where we are, and raise a glass to all that is still ahead,” the event description continues.
