READING, Pa. – Two people are facing charges after a drug bust in Spring Township.
The Berks County District Attorney’s Office says Antonio Kreiser and Treva Florence, both 41, were part of a cocaine trafficking operation in West Lawn.
A search of their home on the 2100 block of Penn Avenue on Thursday allegedly uncovered 27 bags of cocaine valued at $8,000.
Police also found pills and $1,000 in cash.
The DA’s office said the search was the culmination of a narcotics investigation that its drug task force started in February. Detectives identified the West Lawn address to be the primary meeting point and distribution hub for illicit cocaine sales, officials said.
The duo is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and criminal conspiracy.
Secured bail was set at $25,000 for Kreiser and $10,000 for Florence.
