Part of vehicle hanging out of parking garage at Pittsburgh hospital after crashing through barrier

PITTSBURGH — Part of a vehicle is hanging out of a parking garage in Shadyside.

The vehicle appears to have gone through the barrier at the UPMC Shadyside hospital.

Crews have set up police tape around where the barrier appeared to have fallen.
