12-day passes go on sale Nov. 3

The 187th Erie County Fair may still be 294 days away, but fairgoers can start planning now for the “Best 12 Days of Summer.” The Erie County Fair announced the return of its popular 12-day pass, which goes on sale Nov. 3 – and released 2027 admission pricing and savings opportunities for the event, taking place Aug. 11-22.

The Erie County Fair’s most economical admission option, the 12-day pass, will go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 3 at www.ECFair.org. Priced at $62.30 – the same price as 2026 – the pass brings the cost of admission to less than $6 per day for all 12 days. 

Due to high demand, quantities are limited, and passes are expected to sell quickly. Purchases are limited to four passes per household. Passes are shareable, allowing family and friends to enjoy the Erie County Fair throughout the 12-day run. 

“The 12-day pass continues to be one of the best values we offer,” Erie County Fair CEO & Manager Jessica Underberg said. “For less than the cost of four regular admission tickets, fairgoers can enjoy all 12 days of the fair and take advantage of everything the event has to offer.” 

For guests planning ahead, the Erie County Fair has also announced admission pricing for 2027.

•The Erie County Fair will offer an online-only advance sale from July 6 to Aug. 6 for $15 per ticket (fees included).

•Beginning Aug. 7, ticket prices will be $19 (fees included).

•Early bird admission will be $16 when tickets are purchased and redeemed at the gate between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day of the Erie County Fair.

•Children 12 and under are free every day when accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.

•Wednesday, Aug. 11: Opening day, food drive – free admission with donation of five-plus nonperishable items to benefit FeedMore WNY

•Thursday, Aug. 12: sensory hours – special sensory-friendly hours from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

•Friday, Aug. 13: Firefighters Day – free admission plus a $10 voucher for food, beverage or rides for firefighters and auxiliary members (with proper ID) 

•Sunday, Aug. 15: Veterans Day – free admission and $10 voucher for food, beverage or rides for active military, veterans and auxiliary members (with proper ID)

•Monday, Aug. 16: Taste of the Fair Day – food vendors offer a select menu item for $3

•Tuesday, Aug. 17: Senior Discount Day – $12 admission for individuals ages 62 and over with ID (only available for purchase at the gate and must be redeemed that day); plus “Fairtacular Shopper’s Day” with exclusive vendor discounts
