READING, Pa. — Reading Roller Derby’s second RDG Jam Fest brought live music, roller derby, and family-friendly entertainment to Berks County on Sunday.

The outdoor festival was held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Reading Liederkranz.

The fundraising event featured five bands, a roller derby demonstration, vendors, and a raffle.

Live performances were by The Great American Typewriter, Crashout, The Angies, Hometown Ghosts, and UNC Punk. Additionally, Comedian Dana Charitonchick served as the event’s special guest emcee.

Local businesses also got involved, as Inked Anatomy, Berks County’s first female-owned and operated tattoo studio, offered flash tattoos, and Sage Rock Massage and Bodywork was available for chair massages.

Throughout the day, guests could shop and eat from local vendors, visit the RDG merchandise sale, take part in a dime toss, enjoy a photo booth, and stop by the bake sale.
