A man from Lackawanna County is behind bars after allegedly having inappropriate contact with a minor.
Police say detectives received a report of an alleged indecent assault of a 13-year-old minor back in September, prompting their investigation.
Following the investigation, they took 29-year-old Brendon Kapschull from Scranton into custody, he faces charges of Assault of a Child Under 13 and Indecent Assault of Child Under 13.
Kapschull also faces separate charges from Dunmore Police for resisting arrest.
