A crash at Belmont Avenue caused significant traffic delays along I-76 eastbound toward Center City Philadelphia on Monday morning for commuters.
On Monday morning, starting at around 5 a.m., a crash along I-76 eastbound near Belmont Avenue blocked the right lane and only the left lane of traffic was getting through.
Officials did not immediately provide further details on the crash or say if anyone was injured in the incident.
But, as of about 7:30 a.m., drivers headed into Center City Philadelphia were seeing traffic delays of nearly an hour from eastbound I-476 to I-76.
