SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO. (WOLF) — A 29-year-old Scranton man faces charges after an investigation into an alleged indecent assault involving a child younger than 13, Scranton police said.
Brendon Kapschull was arrested after detectives with the department’s Special Victims Unit investigated a report received Sept. 3. Police said Kapschull was taken into custody after a brief struggle with officers.
He faces one felony count and one misdemeanor count of indecent assault of a child under 13, police said. Dunmore police filed separate charges related to resisting arrest.
The department did not release further details about the allegations.
