READING, Pa. – The Reading Hot Stovers have announced Dave Stewart as their Keynote Speaker at the 65th Annual Awards Banquet celebrating baseball & softball excellence.
Event organizers say the banquet will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2027, at the Reading DoubleTree by Hilton.
Stewart, the event’s keynote speaker, is a three-time World Series Champion, 1989 World Series MVP, American League Championship Series MVP, and a key figure in the Oakland Athletics’ teams of the late 1980s and early 1990s.
The organization is urging community members to join them for an evening celebrating baseball, softball, and the outstanding athletes of Berks County as they welcome one of the game’s great competitors to Reading.
