After nearly a decade of practicing out of state, Montoursville native Dr. Joshua Cillo, Au.D., and his wife Maria Cillo, a Dunmore native, have returned to Northeast Pennsylvania to establish their new ownership of an audiology practice. The Cillos recently celebrated the official ribbon-cutting ceremony for Enhanced Hearing Specialists, located at 1330 Main St. in Dickson City.

Joshua Cillo, an audiologist, and Maria Cillo, a bilingual speech-language pathologist, spent the last nine years practicing in North Carolina. Driven by a desire to raise their daughter closer to family and fulfill a long-term goal of practice ownership, the couple chose to bring their healthcare expertise back home to Pennsylvania. Joshua Cillo is the audiologist for the practice and Maria Cillo serves as the patient care coordinator.
Attendees at the ribbon-cutting ceremony included local and state officials, including Scranton Chamber of Commerce President Bob Durkin, state Rep. Kyle Mullins, representatives from the offices of state Sen. Marty Flynn, state Rep. Bridget Kosierowski, U.S. Rep. Rob Bresnahan and Gov. Josh Shapiro, Dickson City Mayor Bob MacCallum, Dickson City Council President Jeffrey Kovaleski, Dickson City Councilman Rick Cesari and the Rev. John Doris, as well as family and friends.
