State troopers in Reading host community trunk-or-treat | State

READING, Pa. – Instead of handing out speeding tickets, Pennsylvania State Police were handing out Halloween candy Wednesday night.

Troopers hosted a trunk-or-treat event at the barracks in Reading.

Children in costumes loaded up on candy from troopers with some creatively decorated cars and even a spooky ambulance.
