Zekraft, Lehigh Valley owned and operated cafe concept: Zekraft is teaming up with New Bethany Ministries for its annual Thanksgiving “Buy One + Give One” event. For $80, individuals receive six sides serving a family of four, and Zekraft also gives a set of sides to a family in need. Customers also can opt to donate two sets of sides to New Bethany. Sides include whipped potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes, chestnut turkey sausage stuffing, green bean casserole, honey-glazed carrots and cranberry-orange sauce.
