The 33rd annual “Hook” O’Malley 1 Mile Firecracker Run Walk against Cancer was held Aug. 17. All donations to the race will be contributed to the American Cancer Society. Organizers said the late Paul “Hook” O’Malley was a local boxing trainer who was like a second father to his students at the gym, a friend to all and a great father.
