Erie police are searching for a suspect accused of robbing a Peach Street smoke shop of a significant amount of THC flower Nov. 13.
The robbery was reported at the Unique Smoke Shop, 2617 Peach St., on Nov. 13 at about 5:40 p.m., the Erie Bureau of Police reported Nov. 14.
Officers were called to the business on a panic alarm and were told after arriving that a man wearing a camouflage jacket and black pants had robbed the store of product, Deputy Chief Rick Lorah said. The man reportedly walked into the store, approached the counter and demanded that six jars of THC flower be placed in a DoorDash bag he was carrying, Lorah said.
The man, whom police said a store employee thought might have a gun on him based on the man’s movements, left with the THC flower, which Lorah said was valued at more than $2,000.

Erie police detectives are reviewing surveillance video in an effort to identify the suspect, Lorah said.
