Some flights at the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) were forced into a ground stop because of an obstruction near the runways, officials said.
The Federal Aviation Administration issued the ground stop because it was reported that there was a ship in the Delaware River that was blocking the view as pilots were approaching the PHL runways, according to a spokesperson with the airport.
A tug was able to move the ship, officials said.
