EASTON, Pa. – A long-running Easton holiday tradition is set to return later this month, bringing the community together once again.
Councilman Frank J. Pintabone has announced the 13th Annual Turkey Giveaway, according to a press release from the councilman’s office.
Each year, Councilman Pintabone and a dedicated team of volunteers distribute more than 300 turkeys to Easton residents in need—ensuring that families across the city can enjoy a Thanksgiving meal, according to the press release.
“This event has always been about neighbors helping neighbors,” said Councilman Pintabone. “I’m deeply grateful to the volunteers, local partners, and community supporters who make it possible to bring smiles and warm meals to Easton families every holiday season.”
The release says the giveaway will start at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov.22, and is located at 2nd and Northampton St. Easton PA 18042 (in front of American Printing).
