I see the Honda coming just across the street like normal, going eastbound on Penn. He hits the Honda, and I guess that’s when he flipped, because then he went careening into the Kia that was immediately to my right, which got knocked back into the Impala behind it. All of that happened immediately around me, and my car is untouched,” witness Jarred Reccek said.Pittsburgh police said nine people were treated or evaluated by EMS, with five being taken to the hospital. According to police, there were no critical injuries.Pittsburgh police said the driver will be facing charges. Wilkinsburg police and the ATF were also at the scene.Police have not identified the driver or said why the vehicle was initially pulled over by detectives. This is a developing story.
