George Milton Rex, Jr.
OBITUARY
George Milton Rex, Jr. 80, of New Tripoli, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at
Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Carol A. (Behm) Rex to whom he
was married 60 years last June 19. Born in Germansville, July 10, 1945, George was the son of
the late George Milton Rex, Sr. and Joyce E. (Mann) Rex. He was employed as a foreman at the
Bethlehem Steel Coke Works from 1965 – 1998. George was a member of Ebenezer Church in
New Tripoli. Known for his love of fishing, hunting, and all sports; he was the greatest host for
holidays and parties. George will be deeply missed but forever in our hearts.
Survivors: In addition to his loving wife, Carol; children, Bryan K. Rex (Tina) of Allentown and
their children, Nathaniel and Zachary, Pamela L.(Rex) Wolf (Randy) of Fleetwood and their
children, Madison, Autumn, Savannah, and Victoria, Jennifer A. (Rex) Roberts (Jason) of
Schnecksville and their children, Jacob and Joshua; sisters, Nancy Rauch of New Tripoli,
Melinda Uhl of Allentown; many loved nieces and nephews; predeceased by a sister, Carol
Snyder her husband, Walter, Sr., brothers-in-laws, David Rauch, Sr., and Bruce Uhl.
Service: Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm. Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the
Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville with Pastor Kevin W. Dellicker
officiating. Family and friends may pay their respects from 1:00 pm. – 2:00 pm. prior to the
