Trinity beat Berks Catholic last week to win its first District 3 Class 3A title, while Neumann-Goretti had a bye after shutting out John Bartram two weeks ago.
In the most recent PennLive Class 3A rankings, Trinity (10-3) is No. 7 and Neumann-Goretti (8-4) is No. 9.
The quest for a trip to the PIAA state championships continues into December. The finals in all classifications will be played Dec. 4-6 at Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg.
