Endene stuns the crowd with dramatic win, as Iowa shuts out Pittsburgh

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – Iowa men’s wrestling took a 36-0 win over No. 19 Pittsburgh on Friday night.

Massoma Endene’s bout at 197 pounds was the highlight of the night. He took down No. 4 Mac Scout in the final seconds to secure the win.

Among the other notable victories was No. 2 Patrick Kennedy over No. 14 Luca Augustine in a major decision.

Up next the Hawkeyes head to Ames to take on Iowa State on Sunday.
