ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Allentown City Council on Wednesday night announced it will hold a special meeting to review a proposed ordinance that is being considered to protect the public health and safety of unsheltered homeless residents.

The meeting will take place on Dec. 17 at 6 p.m.
