1 dead after being hit by train in Pittsburgh’s Elliot neighborhood – WPXI

PITTSBURGH — One person was killed after being hit by a train in Pittsburgh’s Elliot neighborhood.

The crash happened shortly after 2 a.m. near the West busway and West Carson Street.

Pittsburgh police confirmed the death to Channel 11.

No other information was immediately available.
