LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA — National Night Out festivities will take place on Tuesday in Lower Bucks County.

National Night Out is an annual, nationwide campaign that promotes strong police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.

The event is designed to enhance the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while spotlighting the community.

Millions of people across the country will take part in National Night Out events, including block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts, and more.

The Middletown Township Police Department said it will have police cars, ATVs, bikes, drones, and a SWAT truck as a new addition this year.

There will be several motorcycle and K9 demonstrations along with giveaway items, including bicycle helmets, water bottles, and gun locks. Police will also have a raffle table to buy tickets and a police T-shirt. The event is from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at 5 Municipal Way in Langhorne.
