Part of Commercial Street in Pittsburgh is now closed through Friday, Feb. 6, as work continues on the Commercial Street Bridge on I-376 (Parkway East).According to PennDOT, construction crews will be transporting cranes, moving heavy materials and lifting beams over the course of that two-month-plus period.PennDOT says the Commercial Street closure is between Whipple Street and Summerset Drive. According to PennDOT, construction crews will be transporting cranes, moving heavy materials and lifting beams over the course of that two-month-plus period.

PennDOT says the Commercial Street closure is between Whipple Street and Summerset Drive. The Nine Mile Run Trail between the Nine Mile Run parking lot and the Frick Park Commercial Street parking will also be closed to bikers and pedestrians.
