Pennsylvania State Police have released the names of three people who were killed after a police chase ended in a crash in Chester County last Friday. The victims of the crash are 35-year-old Devon Hargraves, 33-year-old Gershad Andre, and 26-year-old Larry Wilmer. They are all from Wilmington, Delaware. Troopers say they tried to pull over a vehicle just before 1:30 a.m. in New Garden Township for multiple traffic violations. The driver did not stop and led troopers on a short chase before crashing into a tree along Route 41. No troopers were hurt in the crash.
