EASTON, Pa. – The Palmer Township Police Department would like to remind the community and the traveling motorists to expect delays and detours on Wednesday evening Nov. 26.

Police say the EAHS parade will be leaving from Cottingham Stadium at 5 p.m., and travel west on Northampton St. into Palmer Township, turning left on Wood Ave, turning left on S.25th St. and turning right into the EAHS property.

At the conclusion of the parade the lighting of the bonfire will take place. The bonfire will be from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m., according to a news release from the police department.

Be aware of pedestrian traffic along the parade route and the surrounding roads near the Easton Area High School property.

Officers remind drivers to allow extra travel time and expect traffic delays during this special evening and the start of the holiday season.
