Local daycare provides Thanksgiving meals for Allentown families | Allentown Area

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Many families with kids in the Allentown School District will have a hot meal this Thanksgiving thanks to a local daycare.

Turkeys and bags filled with ingredients to make the big meal were loaded into a car today outside the Petite Scholars Learning Center in Whitehall Township.

The items were donated by the daycare community.

The food was later given out to more than 40 families at different schools.

The kids at the daycare also wrote special Thanksgiving cards for the families.
