PITTSBURGH, PA — After nearly a quarter of a century, a longtime Pittsburgh-area DJ has resigned his position.
Jeremy “Danger” Mulder stepped down this week from Forever Media Country’s “Froggy 94.9/104.3” to focus on selling real estate.
Mulder announced his departure on social media.
“After many years filled with wonderful adventures and memories, I have decided to resign my position at Froggy Radio/Forever Media,” Mulder stated in a Facebook post. “I have done my best to spread the word and be a sounding board for the radio stations. It was a true pleasure.
“I’m going to enjoy spending more time with my family. Coaching my kids basketball, driving them to events, throwing the ball in the yard, hunting, fishing, loving every day.
“More time with my sweet thang.
“Professionally, while my hair is still red I’m ready for a new path. I am excited to concentrate on growing my real estate business and working day-to-day with my friend and broker Jeremy Pronto of Realty Connect in Pittsburgh. I’ve been helping clients buy and sell properties around Pittsburgh for the last eight years and believe 2026 is going to be an exciting year.”
According to Radio Insight, Mulder joined the stations as afternoon host in 2002 later rising to assistant program director and then to program director of the duo and former sister classic country station WLYI in 2021. He previously worked in Memphis as morning show producer at WMC-FM and morning host at Country “Froggy 94” WOGY from 1996-2001.
