Scranton Tomorrow and downtown businesses have again launched the Holiday Window Showcase in downtown businesses. The showcase officially opened Wednesday, Nov. 26. This is the 17th year for the project, which is a competition among local businesses with a secret panel of judges awarding prizes for the best displays in multiple categories. The winners will be announced on Friday, Dec. 5.
